There are seasons in life when you can feel something turning inside you. When you know a new chapter is rising and you can no longer ignore the pull. I am in one of those seasons right now…….

This path has never been easy for me. I didn’t arrive here through certainty or confidence. I arrived here because I kept taking the next step even when I was exhausted, unsure, or ready to walk away. Every part of my work has come through trust, surrender, and a willingness to follow what spirit placed in front of me.

There were moments in my plant medicine journeys and my shamanic initiations where I truly wondered if I could keep going. Moments where the next piece of the path felt too heavy or too sharp. Moments where quitting would have been simpler. I have wanted to walk away more times than I can fit into one post. But something in me refused. Something in me kept rising. Something in me kept saying yes.

I am where I am today because I listened. Because I let the magic move me even when I couldn’t see the outcome. Because I let Sekhmet teach me through the codes of fire and water. Because I let myself die to old versions of me again and again. And because I trusted that the Phoenix within me would eventually rise, even when I was sitting in the ashes.

Beginning in December, I will be opening my schedule for in person sessions at the Creative Healing Center in Livermore, CA! This is the right moment to bring this work into a physical space again. ✨ The Khep-ti Shefat, Sacral Chakra , 2nd Degree Sen-Nu ✨

In the temples of Sekhem, the Khep-ti Shefat was known as the Chamber of Creative Waters. This is where desire and life-force gather before they become creation. Aset governs this Shefat through her mastery of inner alignment. Her magic and her ability to honor both the light and the dark within. She teaches that desire is a compass directly connected to the vastness of the heart. When the inner waters (sacral element) are honored, they become power.

This Shefat magnifies where we merge without discernment, suppress our power/emotion, or seek intensity instead of intimacy. The shadow is also seen in ones emotional withdrawal and self-abandonment. Aset reveals that every distortion begins when we stop listening to our own waters.

Neteru (Associated Goddess) = Wadjet

In the temples of Sekhem, the Aa-t Shefat was known as the Seat of Divine Vision or the inner Eye through which spirit perceives truth. It is here that the serpent Wadjet, rises to rest upon the brow of Horus, awakening the power of sacred sight.

Wadjet, the fierce Cobra Goddess of protection and truth, coils at the brow to guard the sacred current of Sekhem as it rises. She teaches the feminine art of receiving vision and not chasing clarity. Allowing the divine to reveal itself through stillness & sensation.

The Aa-t Shefat is fully activated when one can sit in the space of ultimate surrender. Wadjet teaches the divine feminine art of allowing and of letting the cosmic current flow through you until the unseen becomes known. Through her, we learn that vision is so much more than what we see wirh our two human eyes.

In the temples of Sekhem, the Throat is known as the Chamber of Truth or sacred current through which vibration became law. Here, sound was the living breath of creation.

The Ashash-T Shefat governs truth, integrity, and divine expression, both internal and external. When this center is closed, emotions become imprisoned within the body. Words left unspoken turn to tension and the song of the soul falls silent.

Ma’at, Goddess of Truth and Cosmic Balance, teaches us that every word we speak tips the scales of harmony. To repress truth is to distort the natural order; to express it is to restore alignment with the divine. In her presence, we learn that voice is a sacred ceremony and through that vibration we are liberated.

🔥Contemplation in the Hall of Ma’at🔥

As I evolve, I see how inseparable the human journey and the spiritual journey really are. They are not meant to be divided. One does not exist to escape the other. Together they form a spiral. So often we try to walk a straight line, leaving behind chaos, trauma, and the loneliness that has marked our path. But through my shamanic journeys and my practice, I have discovered that we circle back. We return again, not to repeat, but to meet life at a higher octave. We revisit what is ready to shift, what we have outgrown, because our hearts have stretched wider than before.

There is no escaping the past. The past is the teacher that carved us into who we are. It carries the gifts required for this very moment. The work is not about attachment, nor is it about erasure. It is about the willingness to release what you think you know. To witness the past without being bound by it. To use it as a reference point to illuminate the path for others. To look upon the earlier versions of ourselves with reverence for how far we have come.

What I have learned through Sekhmet and the Guardians of Light (all light beings) is that we never truly begin again. Life itself is a spiral, not a reset. And in that we come to see that healing and initiation are not the same. Healing looks back, tending to the pain of what has been. Initiation asks something different. It asks us to grieve the past and still let it go. To step into the unknown with an awakened heart. To release identities shaped by trauma and to walk forward in faith, anchored in the truth of the heart. This is what it means to surrender everything you think you are, and still choose to live.

I share this because many turn to spirituality as a means of escape, to run from the very hurt that shaped them. But spirituality is not an exit. It is an expansion. So I ask you this…..are you willing to love your past? Are you willing to embrace the part of you that didn’t yet know how? Are you willing to let your shadows strengthen you instead of bind you? Because it is in facing what we once feared that we finally discover the depth of our own power.

I went to the beach in Aptos, California, as part of my Hall of Ma’at integration and initiation. My entire being had been calling for the water. I ignored it for weeks, until the ache inside me grew too loud to silence.

These are the codes I carry, threads that reach back through Atlantis and Mintakan lifetimes. The call of the ocean is not just a desire, but cell deep knowing of reemergence. Evolution.

When I finally arrived, the shoreline met me with a masterpiece…..thousands of birds flocking across the sky and water. I had never seen anything like it in my entire life. It felt like the Earth herself was welcoming me back.

Sometimes the path of transformation doesn’t look like light and beauty, it looks like being stripped to nothingness……

I am writing this because, I am moving through one of those initiations now. After thirty years of using steroids to suppress flareups on my skin, my body is in withdrawal. It burns, itches, and cracks open layers I thought I had already healed. It forces me to face everything I have tried to hide.

It takes me back to being a child, my father embarrassed to take me out, angry at me for scratching until I bled. It takes me into the ache of not feeling beautiful, of not feeling worthy, of trying to cover what could never be covered. And as I break down in tears, I realize: this is not just about my skin. It is about starting over in a way that touches the deepest roots of my being.

But guess what? Starting over does not mean you are back at the beginning. It means you have reached the next level of recalibration and evolution. It may look chaotic. It may feel like loss, but it is beyond sacred.

Pain has truly shaped me. It has carved shadow into me and given me depth. It stops me in my tracks, cracks me open, and forces me to feel what most try to avoid. In that breaking open, I see that suffering is not here to punish us, but to move us. It is the crucible through which we remember our own power.

We cannot compare wounds and we cannot measure one person’s suffering against another. What matters is how we choose to meet it. We do not diminish it, and we do not cling to it. We honor it as a teacher, as a purifying fire and doorway we must choose to walk through.

Now eclipse season approaches, and with it a mirror for all that must shift. I continue to move through this passage raw and burning, yet also awake and unshaken in my devotion. This is my commitment to my soul path. And if you are here with me experiencing and knowing these words, then perhaps it is your commitment too.

Today, on 8/8, the heavens align as they did in ancient Kemet.

The heliacal rising of Sirius , Sopdet , with Orion’s Belt over the Pyramids of Giza signaled more than the flooding of the Nile. It marked the Opening of the Great Gates, when the solar and stellar currents merged and the temples performed rites of renewal, truth, and passage.

In the Houses of Sekhmet, this was a season of fire trials. Only initiates prepared through years of discipline could enter. They were stripped of titles, symbols, and comforts and placed into the null space (modern language) where no ritual crutch or divine vision would rescue them. The ancients knew that beyond the gates, the priestess must face herself without illusion.

Last night, I crossed that gate. With the red mirror of Cinnabar at my feet, the 9th Key of Solomon placed at my crown, and the Lion’s Gate sky above, I entered the mushroom rites. A path walked by oracles and healers across civilizations to pierce the veils.

What I found was not a flood of visions, but the raw absence of them. A void that forced me to sit in my own skin, where everything I had created up until this point didn’t work. For the 30 days before this ceremony, nothing was working for me. My skin was rashing, I couldn’t sleep, nothing seemed to be right or go how I wanted. I was resisting everything about life. But this is what preparation looks like.

No tool, no comfort, no way out. Only the truth……that much of my “why” had been forged in proving my worth, rather than simply holding it. This is the excruciating beauty of such a passage, it burns away the false fuel. Not everyone will choose it or go through the extent that I moved through but those that do, I will be here. Those that are ready and truly want to burn it all down and create something new, will understand this post. Fewer still will remain when everything familiar is gone, But those who do return carry a channel so clear, nothing untrue can survive in it.

There was absolutely no way in site for me to be able to get a new car. James and I have been working away on ourselves and building our businesses. Not businesses based on our trauma selves but ones based on our heart and belief in truly creating an impact in the world…….that takes time. Integrity. Commitment. And to be honest I had to let go of the idea of getting a car any time soon.

You want to know how this happened? The faith of a mustard seed. I remember it clear as day. I had just spent $1300 on my old 2011 Nissan Maxima and the technician said I didn’t have much life left in it. This is a family technician I trust with my life. With much despair this is what I did……

Came home, sat on the toilet, and cried. There is one thing I remembered though….. all things happen for a reason. So I prayed. I said , “Spirit, I don’t know how but I really need a car. Please help me to find a way. Please protect me and cover me in this car for as long as it will take me. “ Then two weeks later the accident happened and that car was totalled.

The point here is, sometimes we want things and the way they come to us is completely different than what we expect. I came away from that accident with a horribly ripped up neck, but I have my limbs and my life. Today reminded me even more of the magic that exists in the world. Thank you James Saville for being my partner in crime and always supporting me. It was a long night and yet blessings poured from the heavens.

If you find yourself in a tough situation, let go. Allow yourself to be the eye of the storm. To trust in life again. I wouldn’t have said these words 7 years ago but here I am and witness to the power of prayer and magic. Don’t give up and be willing to get out of your own way 🙏🏼❤️🌹🔥

Being a Priestess and holder of the Sacred Flame isn’t a vibe. It’s a vow. A rite of passage. A law. I’m no longer pretending to fit a spiritual archetype that condemns our humanity. It has taken me awhile to be able to post something like this because it didn’t feel safe. I discovered I was dishonoring myself and dishonoring those who need my voice to help them heal….

As I was having my morning coffee I heard, “Collective Message” and this isn’t new for me as I am highly aware to all of the clairs, but I do not usually do a collective message. I actually have had some resistance in that area, but that is just a mirror for me to reflect on. Nonetheless, even in me not knowing why I am posting this because whether it is 1 or 1,000 people…..someone’s heart needs to hear this……

Authority. What comes to your mind when you think of this word? How does it feel in your body? When I first contemplated this, I felt a mild restriction in my throat. So of course I sat with it, and this was the restrictive kind of authority. The dominance. The power over others. Dominion. It’s the kind that leaves us feeling fearful and questioning life itself……..

Let’s switch the lense for a second. I want to speak on inner authority. This is the most powerful place to be and to pivot from. When you have inner authority you are able to be powerful yet soft. You are able to be sovereign but also receive. You have a knowing that you are grounded in source and also in your humanity….

A lot of times we can give away our authority. Whether it’s in relationships, our jobs, and even spirituality. Because you are chasing a destination, this can leave you open to negative energies. You see, desire is both a shadow and a gift. I want you to think about what fuels your desire? Fear? Love? Freedom? There is no right or wrong answer…..

This channeled message is here to have you think. To dive into your humanness and ask yourself, “Where am I compromising my inner authority?” When it comes down to your spiritual practice or whatever you’re trying to accomplish what is your why?

I recently had a powerful weekend in Mount Shasta, you may have seen my previous post about it, but I wanted to dive deeper into what I moved through even as a High Priestess of Sekhmet. This is actually one of my favorite topics, being human, because I resisted it for so long. Earth never made sense to me. Oh how I’ve wished my ancestors could sit with me on my couch or the angels could be in solid form and just be with me. Yes, I understand they always are and there is a preciousness in the yearning of our heart. There is those moments we become like a child and spirit is our protector……

And the past couple days I have just allowed myself to cry without judgement. To rage without hesitation. To just be with the parts of me I sometimes find weak. But you see, being powerful isn’t about shutting those feelings off. It’s about embracing them in their entirety. It’s about looking at each and wvery human with new eyes, because guess what, we all feel. We all are are trying to find that resting place of peace…..

So you know I love my magical what’s the point? Dont give up. Be the lotus. Be the rose, that even when it loses its petal it is remarkable. You were destined to be here, right now. There are nights the fire gets so loud you wonder if you’ll ever find your way back. Nights where the fear leaks through your skin, and the weight of old wounds crushes your chest.

I was there just days ago. Sweating. Trembling.
Tearing apart everything I thought I had healed.

It wasn’t because I was broken.It was because my soul was growing. And growth demands a shedding.
A death of what cannot follow you into the life you prayed for.

The turning point wasn’t strength.It was surrender.
It was a single moment of falling into the arms of someone safe and letting it all pour out. Showing myself grace.

I remembered…I am not here to be perfect.I am not here to be invincible. I am here to be real. I am here to fall apart, and to be loved anyway. I am here to be held, and to heal in the arms of grace.
